Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected things happen, so I do allow grace passes when needed. However, after more than two cancellations made within 24 hours, any additional short-notice cancellations will be treated as a no-show, since it can be very difficult to fill those spots on such short notice.
No-Show Policy
No-shows are handled differently. If you miss your appointment without notice or more than two cancellations are made within 24 hours, a 100% fee will be required to rebook. If it happens more than once unfortunately, I won’t accept any future bookings.
Running Late Policy
I’m very forgiving and I understand life happens, but appointments depend on timing. Please let me know if you’re running behind. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Repeated lateness may result in no longer booking future appointments, as both our time needs to be respected.
Color/Chemical/Photo/Liability Waiver
Applies to all bookings, along with required consultation questions. Only needs to be filled out once, especially for new clients. Please make sure to review and agree to these forms prior to your appointment.
Thank you so much! Life can be unpredictable at times, and I truly appreciate your support and understanding. My goal has never been about the money which is why I no longer charge cancellation fees but about making sure both our time and commitments are respected. Above all, I’m thankful to God for the opportunity to do what I love and for clients like you who make it possible.

Please ensure your contact information is correct. Confirmations are sent by email, with reminders sent 72, 48, and 24 hours before your appointment.
Refund Policy
I strive to be transparent and aligned with each client on expectations. However, we’re all human, and miscommunication or mistakes can happen. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you have 72 hours to reach out. While refunds are not offered, I am happy to make adjustments (as discussed during consultation) free of charge to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied.
